La corrosion peut se concentrer localement et former une piq\u00fbre ou une fissure, ou s&#039;\u00e9tendre sur une large zone, corrodant la surface de mani\u00e8re plus ou moins uniforme. La corrosion est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne r\u00e9pandu dans les produits de consommation, les ponts, les poteaux \u00e9lectriques, les toitures, les auvents, etc. Elle repr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement un d\u00e9fi pour de nombreuses entreprises des secteurs de l&#039;eau, des mines, de l&#039;\u00e9nergie et de la transformation, \u00e0 tous les niveaux de leurs op\u00e9rations (amont, interm\u00e9diaire et aval). De nombreuses installations souffrent d&#039;une corrosion importante des canalisations et des \u00e9quipements, et le co\u00fbt de leur remplacement est consid\u00e9rable. Les produits et proc\u00e9d\u00e9s existants de maintenance, de r\u00e9paration et de remise en \u00e9tat, tels que le sablage et le d\u00e9capage \u00e0 l&#039;acide, sont caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s par leur co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9, leur forte intensit\u00e9 de main-d&#039;\u0153uvre et leur d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 des produits chimiques \u00e9galement d&#039;appr\u00eat. Le produit NanoTech r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le temps de pr\u00e9paration des surfaces (fini le sablage) et offre une durabilit\u00e9 et une long\u00e9vit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieures aux solutions existantes. Le temps de traitement est ainsi r\u00e9duit et l&#039;application possible dans les zones difficiles d&#039;acc\u00e8s. L&#039;utilisation de plants de grenade sp\u00e9cifiques comme source des principaux ingr\u00e9dients r\u00e9actifs de notre produit garantit sa richesse en polyph\u00e9nols tout en maintenant une taille de particules nanom\u00e9trique.<\/p><p>L&#039;importance des nanoparticules dans le rev\u00eatement convertisseur de rouille r\u00e9side dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 influencer significativement le facteur d&#039;inhibition de ce dernier. De par leur petite taille, ces particules permettent une diffusion plus profonde des r\u00e9actifs au sein de la rouille, facilitant ainsi la conversion d&#039;une grande partie de l&#039;oxyde de fer. Il en r\u00e9sulte une efficacit\u00e9 d&#039;inhibition accrue du rev\u00eatement, moins sensible \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode d&#039;application ou au degr\u00e9 de contamination de la surface
