Ces zones \u00e9tant cach\u00e9es et difficiles \u00e0 inspecter, la corrosion peut progresser insidieusement, entra\u00eenant des dommages importants et une perte potentielle d&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me. La CUI affecte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les \u00e9quipements thermiquement isol\u00e9s dans des secteurs tels que le p\u00e9trole et le gaz, la p\u00e9trochimie et la chimie, tandis que la CUF se produit sur les structures en acier ignifug\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es pour se prot\u00e9ger des hautes temp\u00e9ratures d&#039;incendie. Sur cette figure, l&#039;eau, apr\u00e8s avoir p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 l&#039;isolant, est absorb\u00e9e ou pi\u00e9g\u00e9e. Au contact de la surface chaude de l&#039;acier, elle s&#039;\u00e9vapore. La vapeur d&#039;eau ainsi form\u00e9e traverse l&#039;isolant vers la barri\u00e8re ou l&#039;enveloppe externe plus froide o\u00f9 se produit la condensation. Cette eau condens\u00e9e retourne ensuite \u00e0 travers l&#039;isolant vers la surface m\u00e9tallique chaude, et le processus se r\u00e9p\u00e8te. De plus, la nature cyclique de l&#039;\u00e9vaporation et de la condensation peut entra\u00eener une concentration de contaminants \u00e0 la surface de l&#039;acier. Apr\u00e8s le retrait de l&#039;isolant, les dommages caus\u00e9s par la CUI apparaissent souvent sous la forme d&#039;une couche superficielle et friable recouvrant la pi\u00e8ce corrod\u00e9e. Dans certains cas, la corrosion peut se pr\u00e9senter sous forme de piq\u00fbres de type anthracite, typiquement observ\u00e9es sous une peinture ou un rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur d\u00e9fectueux. Les anneaux A, B et C ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rev\u00eatus, tandis que les anneaux D et E ont servi de t\u00e9moins pr\u00e9-oxyd\u00e9s. Les anneaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9s, pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9s p\u00e9riodiquement avec une solution de NaCl \u00e0 100 ppm et soumis \u00e0 des cycles thermiques entre 95 \u00b0C et 25 \u00b0C pendant 96 heures, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ASTM G189. Apr\u00e8s retrait de l&#039;isolant, un contraste visible est apparu\u00a0: les anneaux rev\u00eatus sont rest\u00e9s fonc\u00e9s et intacts, tandis que les anneaux non rev\u00eatus pr\u00e9sentaient de la rouille et des dommages superficiels.<\/p>\n<\/section>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08693b9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"08693b9\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14ac6e8 e-con-full e-flex elementor-invisible e-con e-child\" data-id=\"14ac6e8\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;,&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;fadeInLeft&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a94405b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a94405b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<section>\n  <h2>Diff\u00e9rence visible apr\u00e8s 96 heures<\/h2>\n  <p>Apr\u00e8s les tests, les anneaux rev\u00eatus ont conserv\u00e9 une surface uniforme et compacte, tandis que les anneaux non rev\u00eatus ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un d\u00e9collement et une formation de rouille. <strong>Perte de masse :<\/strong> Avec rev\u00eatement\u00a0: 0,14 \u00e0 0,51\u00a0g\u00a0; sans rev\u00eatement\u00a0: 1,45 \u00e0 1,82\u00a0g, soit une efficacit\u00e9 de protection environ 4\u00a0fois sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n  <p>Les images MEB r\u00e9v\u00e8lent un contraste net\u00a0: la surface rev\u00eatue est rest\u00e9e dense et intacte, tandis que l\u2019acier non rev\u00eatu a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des microfissures et des couches d\u2019oxyde manquantes.
