Cependant, il augmente consid\u00e9rablement les co\u00fbts de main-d&#039;\u0153uvre et d&#039;\u00e9quipement, les besoins en confinement et de nettoyage, les temps d&#039;arr\u00eat et la complexit\u00e9 globale du projet.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0 0 .75rem; line-height: 1.75;\">NanoTech Innovation a organis\u00e9 des tests d&#039;adh\u00e9rence par traction ind\u00e9pendants pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une question\u00a0: <strong>Quelle est la r\u00e9sistance de l&#039;adh\u00e9rence de notre syst\u00e8me de rev\u00eatement direct sur rouille sans sablage abrasif\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0 0 .75rem; line-height: 1.75;\">Deux syst\u00e8mes de rev\u00eatement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s : \u00e9poxy et polyur\u00e9thane ; tous deux appliqu\u00e9s sur RustAct \/ AnarPrime\u2122 sur des panneaux d&#039;acier visiblement rouill\u00e9s. <strong>Chaque test d&#039;arrachement a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 1\u00a0200\u00a0PSI, le r\u00e9sultat le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 atteignant 1\u00a0438\u00a0PSI.<\/strong> L&#039;adh\u00e9rence dans cette gamme est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9e aux syst\u00e8mes de rev\u00eatement haut de gamme de qualit\u00e9 industrielle et marine appliqu\u00e9s sur de l&#039;acier fortement pr\u00e9par\u00e9. Il en r\u00e9sulte en surface des cloques, un d\u00e9collement et une propagation de la rouille \u00e0 partir des bords.<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0; line-height: 1.75;\">L&#039;essai d&#039;arrachement mesure physiquement la force n\u00e9cessaire pour s\u00e9parer le rev\u00eatement de l&#039;acier. Une d\u00e9coupe circulaire est pratiqu\u00e9e autour de chaque fixation afin d&#039;isoler la zone de test, puis un instrument hydraulique tire chaque fixation verticalement avec une force croissante progressivement jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que la s\u00e9paration se produise.\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: inherit; line-height: 1.75;\">Les panneaux d&#039;essai \u00e9taient en acier au carbone visiblement corrod\u00e9, class\u00e9s comme <strong>SSPC Vis 1, Grade de rouille C\u2013D<\/strong>, ce qui signifie une rouille superficielle g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e et des piq\u00fbres plut\u00f4t qu&#039;un acier propre, le type d&#039;\u00e9tat typique d&#039;une structure ext\u00e9rieure qui a besoin d&#039;\u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9e depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0;
