Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are dispatched directly from our Vancouver facility.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

• Local Delivery (Metro Vancouver): Free delivery is available within selected areas. Availability and cost are shown at checkout.
• Standard Shipping (Across Canada): Orders outside Metro Vancouver are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Local Pickup (Vancouver): Free pickup is available by appointment. Details and pickup time will be confirmed by email once your order is ready.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro Vancouver: 2–5 business days
• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier performance. While we can’t guarantee exact dates, we always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Packaging and Safety

All NanoTech Innovation products are water-based and non-hazardous, fully compliant with Canadian transport safety standards. Each container is carefully sealed and packaged to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery updates are available directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@nanotechinnovation.ca within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos if available. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, including arranging a replacement or filing a carrier claim.

Restrictions

• Shipping available within Canada only.
• No delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure safe handling.
