Returns

Due to the nature of our liquid coating and primer products, we accept returns of unopened and unused items only, in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@nanotechinnovation.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
• Return is pre-approved by our support team before shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products
• Custom or bulk orders
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or application

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by NanoTech Innovation Inc. (incorrect product or manufacturing defect).

Approved returns must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
